The Electric Mobility Rascal 329LE mobility scooter is a fully road legal Class 3, 8mph road legal electric mobility scooter, and is fitted with a full lighting kit and handbrake for added safety. The Electric Mobility Rascal 329LE Scooter is a state of the art disabled mobility scooter and incorporates an upgraded controller and charger for improved performance.   With 12 inch /30cm wheels front and rear, all round coil-spring suspension and fully-adjustable seat, the Electric Mobility Rascal 329LE electric mobility scooter assures you of a comfortable ride, whatever the terrain. The advanced controls mean that starting, stopping and steering the scooter can be carried out using one hand.
