A Private In-Home OT Assessment will include:-
- Full confidential OT assessment in the privacy of your own home at a time of your convenience
- Full understanding of your requirements and issues you face with the aim to achieve the maximum level of independence
- Comprehensive written report (within 2 to 3 weeks) outlining your requirements and recommending on service provision
- Special More Than Mobility Offer: £375 (VAT exempt)
Please note that The OT Practice is independent and their assessment may include recommendations relating to suitable mobility or disability products or services. More Than Mobility would be delighted to help you with the provision of any equipment but you are, of course, free to use other stockists if you prefer.
